Refunds

We voluntarily offer a full refund for our software within 30 days of purchase.

Alternatively, you may contact Moth Software directly. We will assist you with arranging the refund through FastSpring.

Please provide your order number or the email address used for the purchase, if available. You do not need to provide a reason for requesting a refund.

All purchases are processed by FastSpring. FastSpring is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record and is the seller and contractual partner for your order. FastSpring issues the refund to the payment method used for the purchase and sends you a confirmation once it has been processed.

Depending on your country of residence, you may also have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights. These rights are not limited or replaced by our voluntary 30-day refund policy.
